Weigh Station

Weigh station includes two inbound scales and one outbound scale.  One inbound scale is automated for commercial customers.  Other inbound scale has a full time operator.  Weigh station operators are trained to screen loads for prohibited waste and any suspicious waste that could be hazardous.  Customer's loaded vehicles are weighed in, waste is initially screened by weigh station operator and customer is directed to an off loading area.  Waste is typically screened by a spotter, customer off loads and vehicle is weighed out and charged accordingly.
